In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the pub444 platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pub444.

These Terms apply to all access to and use of the pub444 platform, whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted access method. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pub444 platform and, if registered, request account closure.

These Terms are supplemented by any additional policies published on pub444, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of conflict between these Terms and any supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

Access to and participation in real-money gambling on pub444 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulations. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an account or placing any wager on pub444.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing pub444 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location prior to using pub444.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal disability or those prohibited by court order from entering into contracts are not eligible to use pub444.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on pub444 or on any PAGCOR multi-operator exclusion register that would prohibit your participation in licensed online gambling activities.
• One Account Per Person: Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered pub444 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and fund forfeiture.

To access real-money Services on pub444, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. Registration requires:

• A valid and accessible email address;
• A Philippine mobile number capable of receiving OTP messages;
• A password meeting pub444's security specifications;
• Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older; and
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. pub444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login information. You must notify pub444 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, pub444 requires successful completion of identity verification. You must submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (Passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID, PhilHealth, Voter's ID, or PhilSys National ID) and a selfie. The name on your ID must exactly match the name registered on your pub444 account. KYC verification is a one-time requirement and is processed within standard business hours.

pub444 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. No other payment methods are accepted. pub444 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically process within a few minutes and may experience delays during public holidays or peak banking periods.

pub444 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside pub444's control and are your responsibility to verify before transacting.

• Deposits must be funded from a payment account registered in your own name. pub444 prohibits deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts where another party is the primary account holder, or any account not verified as belonging to you.
• pub444 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds at any time. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account restriction and withholding of funds pending investigation.
• Funds deposited to pub444 may only be used for wagering on pub444's approved game library and betting markets. Deposit of funds without genuine wagering intent, for the purpose of exploiting any aspect of the payment infrastructure, is prohibited.

Withdrawal of funds from your pub444 wallet is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Requirement: Withdrawals are only processed for accounts that have successfully completed pub444's KYC identity verification process.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. pub444 reserves the right to request additional verification if there is a discrepancy between the deposit method and the requested withdrawal destination.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are targeted to process within fifteen (15) minutes, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Bank transfers typically process within the same business day for requests submitted during standard banking hours. pub444 does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Bonus Fund Restrictions: Bonus funds and winnings derived from wagering exclusively with non-qualifying bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests will not be processed while the account has unsettled bets. All active wagers must be resolved before withdrawal can be completed.

pub444 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered pub444 players who have completed account registration. Specific promotions may impose additional eligibility conditions including minimum deposit requirements, account tier, or first-time participation criteria.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) before the bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of the associated bonus balance is permitted.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Live casino games, slots, sports bets, and other categories may have differing contribution rates as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Abuse: pub444 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk while retaining bonus funds, and collusion between players to exploit promotional terms. pub444 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected and to suspend or close the accounts involved.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from accounts upon expiry without further notice.

pub444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated and being actively wagered at the time of the change.

All games offered on pub444 are provided by third-party certified game providers and operate under the following principles:

• Certified RNG: Random Number Generator (RNG) games use independently audited and certified RNG systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the certified values and are not modified by pub444.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in real studio environments. Results are determined by physical outcomes broadcast via live video and are not subject to RNG modification.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or network interruption that prevents a round from completing normally, the affected round is void and any stakes placed are returned to the Player's pub444 wallet. pub444 is not liable for losses arising from player-side technical failures, including internet disconnection.
• Disputed Results: Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to pub444 customer support within thirty (30) days of the relevant session. pub444 will investigate using server-side game logs. Decisions made following investigation are final subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
• Sports Betting: Sports betting markets are governed by pub444's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately. In the event of conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, the Sports Betting Rules apply to sports wagering matters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub444 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age;
• Registration of more than one (1) account per person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or pub444 account;
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate any game, RNG system, or live dealer game outcome;
• Exploiting errors, software bugs, or technical vulnerabilities on the platform;
• Money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing without genuine wagering activity;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or poker environments;
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with pub444 games or account features;
• Engaging in any conduct that is fraudulent, illegal, or harmful to pub444, other players, or third parties;
• Engaging in any activity prohibited under PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.

pub444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. pub444 acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for a minority of players and takes its duty of care seriously under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

pub444 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Limit reductions are immediate; limit increases require a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits and Alerts: Players may configure session duration reminders at intervals of their choosing. pub444 may also impose session alerts on accounts displaying indicators of extended or high-risk play patterns.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session or per defined period. When a loss limit is reached, pub444 will prevent further wagering until the limit period resets or is modified in accordance with the cooling-off rules.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion for periods of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended for gambling purposes. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. pub444 will also assist players in registering for PAGCOR's multi-operator exclusion program.
• Reality Checks: pub444 may display periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and funds wagered during an active session.

pub444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without advance notice, where pub444 has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request;
• Provision of false or unverifiable identification or other documentation;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player;
• PAGCOR regulatory direction or court order; or
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or money-laundering activity.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. pub444 will notify the Player at their registered email address prior to applying dormancy status. A monthly administrative fee of ₱50 may be applied to dormant account balances where permitted under applicable PAGCOR guidelines. Accounts with zero balance held dormant for thirty-six (36) consecutive months may be permanently closed.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pub444 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-money laundering checks.

All content on the pub444 platform — including but not limited to the pub444 name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, images, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pub444 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a license to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pub444 intellectual property.

Game content provided by third-party game providers (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, Evolution Gaming, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is made available to Players solely for the purpose of playing games on pub444 in accordance with these Terms.

You may not scrape, data-mine, reproduce, or commercially exploit any content from pub444 without the express prior written consent of pub444. Unauthorized use of pub444's intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub444 excludes all liability for:

• Gambling losses incurred by Players in the normal course of real-money play;
• Losses arising from game malfunctions caused by factors outside pub444's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, third-party provider outages, and force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard account credentials or unauthorized account access not attributable to pub444's negligence;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or advice provided by pub444 that is not contractually warranted; and
• Interruption to or unavailability of the pub444 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside pub444's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pub444's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's pub444 wallet at the time of the relevant event.

pub444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a pub444 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used for: account administration; identity verification and anti-fraud monitoring; regulatory compliance; customer support; and, where consented to, marketing communications. pub444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR and other competent Philippine authorities as required by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The pub444 platform is operated in compliance with PAGCOR's regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of pub444 or these Terms, you should first contact pub444 customer support and allow a reasonable period for resolution. If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at the customer support level, you may escalate the matter to pub444's management. If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with its published procedures.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in the Philippines.

pub444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — particularly where they affect Player rights, financial terms, or eligibility requirements — pub444 will provide advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the pub444 platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pub444 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw any real-money balance before the effective date of the change by contacting pub444 customer support.
